Our billing system offers flexible payment options for our customers. You can choose to be billed on a monthly or yearly basis. If you choose the yearly option, you’ll be eligible for a 25% discount on our regular prices.

We’re committed to transparency and honesty, and that’s why we never charge any setup fees or hidden costs.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time, and the change will take effect immediately. We’ll adjust the remaining days of your previous plan, deducting the prorated amount from the price of your new plan.
Can I downgrade my plan at any time?
You can downgrade your plan at any time, and your new plan will be activated at the next renewal date. Your current plan will remain active through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll be downgraded to the free plan at your next renewal date. Your current subscription will remain active through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
What kind of support is included with each pricing plan?
We provide our customers with the highest quality customer support, and our team is available to assist you through all available channels. Besides, if you choose the Scale plan, you’ll receive a supervisor account manager; if you choose the Enterprise plan, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager.
Can I pause/freeze my subscription?
We don’t offer a pause or freeze option for our subscriptions at this time.
If I want to cancel my subscription, can I get a refund?
Once you cancel a subscription, you won’t be charged for future subscription fees. but the past subscription fees are not refundable.
